Iowa Attorney General's Office Seeking Receivership Of Northwest Iowa Funeral Home
The Iowa Attorney General's Office is seeking receivership of the Joyce Funeral Home in Emmetsburg following an investigation into it's insolvency. The A-G's Office says it's filed the request in Polk County District Court in order to protect funds being held in a trust.
